Scope
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of products made through the Site by you, the purchaser (“you”, “your”). Please read carefully before making a purchase. -
Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final except as expressly stated herein.
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within [30] calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and your request (refund or replacement).
- We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, either (a) send you a prepaid return label to ship back the product at no cost, or (b) authorize disposal of the defective item and issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Items eligible for return must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging unless we direct otherwise. Custom or personalized items may be non-returnable (unless damaged/defective).
- Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds
If we agree to issue a refund, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment within [X] business days after we receive the returned item or approve the claim. We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs or restocking fees (not to exceed [percentage]%) unless otherwise required by law.
Where required by law (for example: defective goods under warranty), we will comply with applicable consumer rights. -
Cancellation / Change of Mind
To the extent permitted by law, orders may not be cancelled once placed. If you change your mind after purchase, contact us immediately at contact@kottonsense.com. If the item has not yet shipped and we agree to cancellation, we may refund the amount less any processing fees. If shipment has occurred, our standard return process applies. -
Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Personalized/customized items (unless otherwise stated)
- Gift certificates / e-codes
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout

Warranty Disclaimer
Except as required by law, KottonSense LLC does not guarantee any products beyond manufacturer warranties. We exclude all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted. -
Fraud / Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds, or to charge a restocking fee or return shipping fee, if we suspect fraud, abuse, or failure to comply with this Policy. -
Modifications
We may change this Policy at any time; the version posted on our Site is the operative one. Your continued purchasing constitutes acceptance of any updates. -
